We used Tittle click Capistrano Ford to service our Ford Bronco. From start to finish it was the best experience with a dealership we have had to date!! They arranged to pick up and return our car. Both of the drivers were incredibly professional and thorough in their explanation of the process. We were kept up to date during the day with the progress of the car and at the end of the service we received a super easy to use link for payment- which our service turned out to be covered! Took truck in for a warranty repair + oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was really helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problems and also setting expectations for turn around time. Work was completed on time and no issues since. Will definitely go back.

We are from out of state and had our oil changed and A/C serviced before our road trip. It appears our regular Ford service station either forgot to clip a panel under our engine or it fell off. Either way, I brought it into Tuttle-Click's Capistrano Ford and they absolutely took care of me. I was in and out in less than five minutes. They were super friendly and didn't charge me a dime. I definitely trust these guys. Thank you! Well done! I wish I could name names, but I don't recall being told who was helping. No matter. I am sure everyone there is terrific.

A breath of fresh air in a world of diminishing customer service experiences - Tuttle Click Ford's service department stands out in n a world where good customer service seems to be getting rare, these folks really know how to treat people right. They set me up with a free Lyft ride home while they worked on my F-150, which was super convenient. Eric, the service coordinator who handled my truck was genuinely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. What I appreciated most was how they actually listened to me about my budget and helped me prioritize the most important service needes. I don't believe the team tried to push unnecessary work and explained everything in a way that made sense. It's refreshing to find a place that doesn't make you feel like just another number. If you've got a Ford that needs some TLC, I'd definitely recommend giving these guys a shot. They made what could've been a headache into a surprisingly smooth experience.
