Had an issue with my 23 Bronco. Initially I had an issue with a decision made by the service tech to not repair an item that I believe needed repaired. I Contacted the service manager and he took the time to see the item in question and associated photos. The service manager agreed and repaired the damaged part under warranty.

My first service. Quick, clean, efficient. I went in to schedule an oil change with the service manager (super easy), I also created an online account to schedule at my convenience. The waiting room was spacious and I was able work while I waited.

Some times the wait times for their service department are inaccurate, but overall, I can't complain. They have been excellent every time. I especially like working with Kirby and Dorothy in the service center.

They are always great about getting my car in and done quickly when I plan ahead and schedule an appointment.
