2021 Ford Ranger Gets New STX Special Edition Package

With the majority of Ford Ranger customers opting to add one of the many appearance packages to their new trucks, Ford wanted to give entry-level Ranger buyers more choice with a new STX Special Edition Package. This package brings more style, features and additional technology to 2021 Ford Ranger XL models.

The Ford Ranger STX Special Edition includes unique 18-inch black-painted alloy wheels with machined-finished edges, an 8-inch SYNC 3 touchscreen with AppLink, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, satellite radio, dual-zone climate control, silver-painted interior accents and privacy glass with a rear window defroster. The best part is – it has an MSRP of just $995.

STX Special Edition package models build on the previously-available STX Appearance Package, providing even more convenient features at an affordable price. It is available on high XL trim level SuperCab or SuperCrew Ranger models, and in either 4×2 or 4×4 configurations. The STX Special Edition package can also be bundled with the FX2 and FX4 Off-Road Packages.

“Ranger customers are asking for new options to help make their trucks their own and we hear them,” said Chad Callander, Ranger marketing manager at Ford. “STX Special Edition hits a really compelling and affordable sweet spot for a lot of Ranger buyers looking for just the right combination of tech and style.”
